Consumer cancellation rights

Start of performance
Work starts only after payment and customer confirmation. The customer may explicitly request that performance begins before the end of the cancellation period when the law allows it.
Expiry of cancellation rights
The customer confirms awareness that cancellation rights can expire once the service has been fully performed and the work has been delivered or completed in full.
Delivery and refunds
Where a project is cancelled before completion, any refund or partial-performance handling must follow the confirmed scope, payment status and the applicable legal requirements.
