Terms

Scope
These terms apply to digital audio services offered through the site, including Stereo Mastering and Stem Mixing & Mastering. Any project-specific agreement is limited to the written scope confirmed in the booking or offer workflow.
Services
Stereo Mastering is based on a single stereo mix, while Stem Mixing & Mastering covers grouped stems when deeper control over balance, tone and translation is needed. Optional analog processing can be added when the project asks for it.
Booking and request process
A booking request is submitted through the public form. The studio may ask follow-up questions before confirming availability. A custom offer can be issued when the project needs different scope, timing or add-on combinations.
Custom offer
If the standard catalog does not fit the project, a custom offer defines the deliverables, turnaround, revision count, price and any special technical requirements before work starts.
Payment before work starts
Payment must be completed before processing begins unless the written offer explicitly states otherwise. This keeps scheduling clear and avoids work being started on unpaid projects.
Delivery
Delivery normally happens by email or download link. The customer is responsible for downloading the files in time and for checking that the delivery destination is reachable.
Revisions
Up to 3 revisions are included unless the project offer says something different. Revisions cover reasonable correction requests that stay within the agreed scope, not a complete project change.
Customer responsibility
The customer confirms that submitted material, stems, samples, artwork, reference files and linked project assets may be used for the work and do not infringe third-party rights.
Reference usage
The studio may use project names, testimonials, excerpts or before-and-after material only with explicit consent. Website references, social snippets and anonymous usage are tracked as separate consents and can be withdrawn for future publications at any time.
Optional analog processing
Analog processing may be offered as an optional add-on. It can change tone, workflow and turnaround, and it may add creative variance that is part of the chosen sound.
Express delivery
24h or 48h express delivery may be offered for projects that fit the scheduling window. The exact availability, surcharge and technical prerequisites are shown in the booking or offer workflow.
